The results: Co-created an Emotional Intelligence program for 120 tech leaders around the world; facilitated directly to 30+ CTOs in monthly micro-learnings. Introduced simple yet impactful tools such as powerful questions, empathy building, listening over immediate problem-solving, and the Ladder of Inference to challenge assumptions and provide techniques for creating conditions that support productive dialog.
