Rebranding The New Year

The new year can feel like an important milestone—a transition from old to new, a fresh start, an invitation to get moving. Since this is how I’ve always experienced this time of year, I lined up some resources to support you in the doing of right now.

Then I heard a poem by Judy Brown called Fire that had me do a 180. It’s about the importance of giving ourselves space.

So here’s your one and only New Year’s tip from me: read Fire and consider giving yourself time to  rest and recuperate (and perhaps do less). Then listen to what you and the people around you really want and need this year.

And hold Judy’s wisdom that we create “spaciousness by making use of what we already have.” I would add that we create greatness in our lives through who we already are.

Happy New Year Kittens. I’m delighted  we’re together for another year.

Love,

Patty
